There's no better time than now to be in an expert-based business. If you're in Real estate, medical or dental or education - and other expert-based business... Question: How are we adding values in our ideal clients' buying journey?




During the last Malaysia Biggest Real Estate Conference 2024 organised by MIEA last week...it has been reported that there's a staggering number of 34,000 registered real estate negotiators vs 100,000 of unregistered ones - the question was asked to the floor...of whether this should be seen as a road block or an opportunity..



I shared how there's no better time than NOW to be a consultant in our own niche if we're willing to prioritise giving values and serve as a consultant instead of from the state of neediness - salesperson, "go-taker"..



In fact, in my work with clients who truly understand this, they tend to win leads and prospects' heart fairly effortlessly.. especially in a business environment where most agencies/businesses are complaining about high CPL, Lower conversion rate...





Perhaps by adopting a paradigm shift from "go-taker" to "go-giver", everything seems to be easier and clearer, instead of busy chasing shining strategies or AI syndromes... If we can't sell well, no amount of systems or AI tools can help us.. and selling basically boils down to this 1 important element -



how are helping them to solve their pain points to get to their desired goals?
