Industries
Where the sale is considered and follow-up decides it.
We work with companies turning over RM10 million a year or more that are already spending on ads or content. The sectors differ; the problem rarely does — attention arrives, and something between the click and the closed deal loses it.
Sectors
Four we know properly
Software, data centres, fintech, systems integration, managed services and B2B services. Long cycles, technical buyers, and a champion who has to sell you internally in a meeting you are not invited to.
AIMS Data Centre · Fiuu (Razer) · Infinity Consulting Technology · iDCP Systems · Supplycart · WPP Media
Hospitals, specialist clinics, dental and aesthetic practices, pharmaceutical teams. Enquiries go cold faster here than anywhere else, and the front desk — not the ad account — decides the return.
Pantai Hospital Ipoh · Borneo Dental Centre · pharmaceutical MNCs
Agencies, developers, team leaders and marketers. Nobody has a lead problem; they have a follow-up problem, and most buyers are six to eighteen months out.
PropNex · Hartamas · Naim Properties · MIEA · Sime Darby · The Makeover Guys
Universities, colleges, training providers and education businesses. Most enrolment advertising speaks to someone ready to apply, while the audience is still discovering and comparing.
Swinburne · INSEAD · ISUN Education (SG) · English Ninjas (SG)
What they share
The same three failures, in different clothes
The enquiry waits
Median time to a human reply is the single most predictive number we measure, and almost nobody tracks it. A lead that waits four hours has usually already spoken to two competitors.
The middle is unmeasured
Cost per lead at one end, closed deals at the other. The three handovers in between — reply, appointment, show-up — are where the money actually goes, and they are invisible in most reporting.
Nobody owns the handover
Marketing generates, sales closes, and the boundary between them belongs to no one. That boundary is the most expensive unowned thing in most companies.

If your sector isn't here
These four are where we have the most pattern recognition, not the limit of what we work on. We also work across professional services, manufacturing, financial services and business events. The qualifying question is not your industry — it is whether you are already spending on demand generation and cannot see where it leaks.
