2-Day Hands-On Workshop · AI Marketing + Meta Ads · Kuching

Your marketing is not broken because of the ads. It is broken because of the order you did things in.

Most businesses buy tools, then tactics, then wonder why nothing converts. But most winning businesses, including some we work with who have hit 26X ROAS, fix their positioning first. Then the offer. Then the strategy and sales process. AI and ads come last, and only then do they multiply anything.

Two days in Kuching to put that order back. Day one builds the positioning, the offer and the AI content system that writes in your voice. Day two takes it into Meta Ads Manager: your own ad account set up and structured properly, campaign architecture sized to your budget, AI-built creative, component-level testing and the weekly routine for running a live account. Bring a laptop and one real offer. You leave with the thing built, not with notes.

You have had this month before

Everyone is busy. The pipeline is not.

The team posts every day. Somebody is running ads. There is a content calendar in a spreadsheet nobody has opened since the second week. Enquiries do come in. They sit in a WhatsApp inbox, get a price quoted at them, and go quiet.

Then somebody suggests AI, and for about three weeks it feels like the answer. The content comes out faster. Captions, posts, scripts, emails, all of it. It also comes out sounding like every other business in your category, because the tool was never told who you are, who you are for, or what you actually sell.

01Leads arrive, nobody follows up properly, and they never become appointments
02Marketing blames lead quality. Sales blames the leads. Nobody owns the number in between
03You can tell me your cost per lead. You cannot tell me your cost per closed sale
04Ad costs keep climbing while the offer has not changed in two years
05Every new hire rewrites the messaging, so the brand sounds like four different companies
06Content depends on one person. The week they get busy, everything stops
07You are competing on price because nothing on your side explains why you cost more
08AI made the output faster and more generic at the same time
"Enquiries come in, but teams don't know how to follow up or nurture, so leads never become appointments." The same sentence, from client after client, in their own words
The 2026 reality

You are doing content either way. The only question is whether it is working for you.

Conversion-optimised organic content is the foundation A stack with arrows pointing upward. Conversion-optimised organic content is the wide base, paid marketing sits on it, conversions sit on top, and sales sit above that. SALES CONVERSIONS what you actually get paid for PAID MARKETING takes the credit CONVERSION-OPTIMISED ORGANIC CONTENT the foundation, whether or not you ever run an ad UP

Paid and organic are not two options to choose between. Paid is the thing standing on top, waving. Content is the thing underneath holding it up.

Run ads without content and you pay full price for every single click, forever, to an audience that has never heard of you and has no reason to trust you. The moment you stop paying, you disappear.

Build the content layer properly and the ads get cheaper, the follow-up has something to send, the people who were not ready stay warm, and buyers arrive already half-convinced. And on the month you cannot afford to advertise, you are still there.

There is a newer reason too. People now ask AI assistants for recommendations before they ask Google, and those assistants answer from content, not from your ad budget. If your business has not written anything worth citing, you are not in that answer at all.

The misconception that costs the most: views and likes are not sales. A post can do 50,000 views and sell nothing, while a quiet one that answers a real buying objection brings three enquiries that close. Reach is not the same as intent, and the platform counts the one it can sell you more of.

Which is why the base has to be conversion-optimised, not just consistent. Posting more is not the fix. Content built on a real position, written to move someone one step closer to buying, is the only version of this that holds any weight above it.

The AENC Method

AI is the outermost ring. It cannot fix what the inner rings got wrong.

Everything we teach sits on one idea. There is an order, and the order is not negotiable. Start in the middle. Each ring only works if the ring inside it is already true.

The four rings: positioning, offer, marketing strategy, AI Four concentric rings. Positioning at the centre, then offer, then marketing strategy and sales process, with AI as the outermost ring that depends on all three. 4 · AI multiplies whatever is inside 3 · MARKETING STRATEGY channels, funnel and the sales process 2 · OFFER the outcome you promise 1 · POSITIONING who it is for, and who it is not START HERE Skip rings 1 to 3 and this one fails

AI

Second BrainIn-house CMOCopywriter1-to-many enginePrompt library

This is why generic AI output fails. A tool that has not been told your positioning will write to the average of your whole industry. That is literally what it was trained to do. Give it rings 1 to 3 first, and the same tool starts writing like you. Marketing-driven AI, not AI-driven marketing.

What the day addresses

Four moves, in this order, finished on day one

Not four topics to think about afterwards. Four things you build on your own business, with the facilitator checking your work at each one.

1

Positioning & offer

Who it is for, who it is not for, and what outcome you promise. Mined from your customers' own words, not invented in a boardroom.

You leave with: a positioning statement and an offer written as an outcome
2

Lead magnet & database

Something worth giving your name for, and a list you actually own. A WhatsApp channel or an email list, not followers on a platform that can change the rules on Monday.

You leave with: a lead magnet concept and the database it feeds
3

Content from customer insight

Your Second Brain, built from real customer language, so the AI has something true to work from and stops writing like the industry average.

You leave with: a Second Brain and on-brand drafts
4

Repurpose

One long piece becomes a month of content across short video, carousels, captions, posts and email, each piece with a job in the funnel.

You leave with: a month of content and a Creative Operating Sheet

Steps 1 and 3 are where most of day one goes, because they are the two everybody skips. Day one finishes on the Meta and Instagram research and the funnel map. Day two then takes all four into Meta Ads Manager: the account setup, the campaign build, the creative and the testing.

What happens when the order is right

Same market. Same budget. Different order.

These are client engagements, not workshop exercises. In every one of them the fix started at the middle ring, not at the ad account.

Dental clinic · Malaysia

They thought they had an ads problem. They had a trust problem.

A dental practice could not charge premium or attract premium patients. Nothing was wrong with the traffic. The messaging was unclear and the website gave an unprofessional impression, so a patient comparing clinics had no reason to believe this one was worth more. We rebuilt the messaging and the offer first, then designed the funnel.

BeforeUnclear messaging. A website that did not build trust with premium clients. Struggling to charge premium at all.
AfterCleaner, clearer messaging and a reframed offer, with a funnel built behind it.

Premium enrichment centre · Singapore

The previous agency spent more and sold nothing.

Before we came in, an agency had been running their ads and produced zero sales. The budget was not the problem. We cut the unoptimised ads, fixed the offer, and installed the appointment-setting and nurturing system that was missing between the enquiry and the sale.

BeforeAn agency running ads at a higher spend. Zero sales.
AfterOffer fixed, unoptimised ads cut, appointment-setting and nurturing installed.

Fractional Head of Content. Content engineering, not content volume.

Brought in to run content as a system rather than a posting schedule, across SEO and AEO, LinkedIn and its newsletter, carousels, short video, webinar, YouTube, all driven from a Second Brain. The same architecture you build on the day.

Personal care brand · affiliate and creator programme

Ad-hoc briefing replaced with AI-assisted structured briefs.

This is ring 4 doing what ring 4 is for. The positioning and the offer were already settled, so the AI had something true to work from. Then it was pointed at the affiliate briefing process, which had been done by hand and inconsistently.

Ecommerce enabler · working with 70+ brands

One of Malaysia's top ecommerce enablers, turned around in six weeks.

A team running marketing across more than seventy brands, with creative and conversion that had plateaued. The work was the same sequence taught on day one: fix what is being said and who it is said to, then let the production system do the volume.

Real estate · head-to-head against other agencies

Same project, smaller budget, more leads.

Run as a direct test against other marketers and agencies on the same real estate project. Fewer ringgit, better structure, better creative. Cost per lead came in under the industry standard, and under what the other teams were achieving on more spend.

B2B training provider · LinkedIn

Visibility built on content, not on ad spend.

Profile, content visibility and branding rebuilt on LinkedIn for a B2B training provider, then supported with targeted outreach. This is the organic layer from the 2026 argument above, running on its own, with no paid distribution behind it.

This is for you if

  • You sell something considered, where trust and follow-up decide the sale
  • You are already producing content or running ads, and it is not converting
  • You have used ChatGPT or another AI to create content, and it came out sounding like everyone else
  • You are the founder, or you run sales and marketing, and the number is yours to carry
  • You are tired of competing on price
  • You want to build the thing in the room, on your own brand

This is not for you if

  • You have nothing to sell yet and no audience to speak to
  • You want an agency to do it for you rather than own the system
  • You want a tools-and-prompts list and nothing else. We do teach the tools and share them, but they are pointless until the strategy underneath them is right
  • You believe the problem is purely the ad platform
  • You are not willing to open your laptop and implement on the day
  • You are not committed to coming back for the post-training review. We added that session so we can look at what you actually implemented and what got in the way. Going quiet after the workshop is how this fails

Built for clinics, wellness, dental and beauty, education and enrichment, property, renovation and interior design, ecommerce and retail, consulting and training, and tour and travel. Owners, founders and managing directors, heads of marketing and sales, marketing managers, content leads and performance marketers.

What you actually do, hour by hour

Two days, built in the order the rings go in

Day one builds the system. Day two turns it into paid distribution on your own ad account. Seven instructional hours each day, and 70% of it is hands-on, because a system you did not build yourself is a system you will not use on Monday.

Day 1 · Thursday 29 October 2026

AENC with Claude: Marketing System and Framework with AI

9.00am to 5.30pm · 7 instructional hours · Includes the Meta and Instagram research, and the funnel your ads will run into

8.45 – 9.0015 min
Registration
Doors open, laptops out, Claude account and brand Project set up live. Not counted as instructional time.
9.00 – 10.3090 min · hands-on
Module 1 · Your Second Brain and In-House CMO
Rings 1 and 2. Why generic AI output fails, and the brand context that fixes it. Build the Identity Document, Audience Intelligence and Swipe Library. Positioning as Messaging × Authority × Top of Mind, five angles from real customer language, and the offer framed as an outcome rather than a discount.
10.30 – 10.4515 min
Morning tea
10.45 – 12.0075 min · hands-on
Module 2 · Your Copywriter
Briefing the AI copywriter to write in your voice. Turning customers' own words into hooks, headlines and angles. Captions, carousels and body variants, drafted on-brand.
12.00 – 1.0060 min
Lunch
On your own. Food downstairs from the venue. Go out, sit down, switch off for a bit.
1.00 – 2.1575 min · hands-on
Module 3 · The 1-to-Many Content Engine
One long piece into a month of content, step by step. Intention to convert, not volume. Build the Creative Operating Sheet and spin one real long-form piece into multiple on-brand assets.
2.15 – 2.3015 min
Afternoon tea
2.30 – 4.0090 min · hands-on
Module 4 · Customer Journey, Buyer Signals and Funnel Mapping
Ring 3. Mapping the journey against how buyers actually buy, not how we prefer to sell. Reading buying signals: financial readiness, specificity of requirement, urgency. Giving every piece a job across top, middle and bottom of funnel. Then the Meta foundations: studying what is already working on Meta, Instagram and search, so you walk into day two with evidence instead of a blank campaign.
4.00 – 5.3090 min · hands-on
Module 5 · Reverse Engineer and the 30-Day Plan
Steal the pattern, not the post, then rebuild it in your own voice. Build the content calendar and the batch day. Complete the 30-Day Action Plan, commitment round, certificates.
Day 2 · Friday 30 October 2026

The Meta Intensive: Funnel Strategy, AI Creative and Ads Management

9.00am to 5.30pm · 7 instructional hours · Meta Ads Manager set up and campaigns built on your own live account

8.45 – 9.0015 min
Registration
Ads Manager open on your own account before we start. Not counted as instructional time.
9.00 – 10.1575 min · hands-on
Module 1 · Funnel Strategy and Campaign Architecture, Built for Your Budget
The funnel as a set of jobs. Matching campaign objectives to a commercial outcome rather than a default setting. Why account structure must follow budget, and why strategies built for far larger accounts starve a small one of data. Set the account up properly at campaign, ad set and ad level, then map the funnel for a real offer and build the architecture to serve it.
10.15 – 11.1560 min · hands-on
Module 2 · What Changed, and What Your Team Still Controls
Automated placement, targeting and creative variation, with creative as the primary signal. How refresh cadence has compressed. The decisions that stay with you: the offer, what counts as a conversion, the budget ceiling, exclusions, and what happens after the click. Audit one live account and record what to change.
11.15 – 11.3015 min
Morning tea
11.30 – 1.0090 min · hands-on
Module 3 · Creating Ad Creative with Claude
Where angles come from: customers' own language, objections, reviews and enquiries. Briefing AI on the brand so output is on-voice. Build an angle and hook library, then generate body and headline variations at speed. Proof-led creative, and a production cadence a small team can sustain.
1.00 – 2.0060 min
Lunch
On your own. Food downstairs from the venue.
2.00 – 3.1575 min · hands-on
Module 4 · Creative Testing at Component Level
Isolating hook × body × headline so you know which element won. Top, middle and bottom of funnel re-cuts of one idea. Designing a structured test rather than a guess, how long to run it and what to read. Why duplicating a winning ad does not multiply it.
3.15 – 4.1560 min · hands-on
Module 5 · Audiences, Exclusions and Signal Quality
Broad versus narrow, and what the platform can now infer. Defining existing customers and engaged audiences so budget is spent deliberately. Exclusions, so you stop paying to advertise to people who already bought. Tracking quality, and why everything downstream depends on it.
4.15 – 4.3015 min
Afternoon tea
4.30 – 5.3060 min · hands-on
Module 6 · Ads Management: Reading, Optimising and Scaling
The weekly routine: what to look at, in what order, how often. The metrics that matter and the ones that mislead before conversion data exists. Calculate the maximum you can afford to pay for a customer and for a lead. A written rule for cutting losers and scaling winners. Commitment round and certificates.

Day 1 closes on Meta and Instagram research and the funnel map; Day 2 is spent inside Meta Ads Manager, so it requires access to an active account. Follow-up, nurture and closing are covered in the Deep Dive programmes, not in these two days.

Day 3 · optional · highly recommended

Days 1 and 2 generate the enquiries. Day 3 is where most businesses lose them.

You can run perfect ads into a team that takes nine hours to reply, quotes a price, and never books anything. Day 3 is the appointment setter, the CRM and the closer. It is the half of the sale that happens after the click, and it is the reason most marketing gets blamed for a sales problem.

Normally RM1,650 for the day. RM650 for anyone booked on the two days. Monday 2 November 2026, 9.00am to 5.30pm.

The appointment setter

Turning a reply into a booked meeting. Response-time standards, the qualifying questions that sort serious from curious, and the booking ask that does not feel like a push.

The CRM

A pipeline where every enquiry has an owner, a next action and a date. Stages that mean something, and the fields worth filling in. Nothing goes cold because nobody was watching it.

The closer: consultative sales

Diagnose before you prescribe. Qualifying without scaring people off, handling the objections specific to a considered high-ticket purchase, and closing without pressure.

Role play, on your own offer

You practise it in the room. Discovery calls and closing conversations, run on what you actually sell, with feedback as you go. You do not learn to close by watching someone close.

Strongly recommended for B2B and for service businesses selling expertise, where the sale is won in the conversation rather than in the ad. Optional, and HRD Corp claimable. Tell us when you register.

The part most workshops skip

The two days are not the deliverable. What you ship afterwards is.

Everyone leaves a workshop motivated. Two weeks later the plan is still in the workbook and nothing has gone out. So this one does not stop at 4.30pm on the 30th.

Post-training review · Friday 6 November

2.00pm to 5.00pm · live on Zoom · included

A week after the workshop we get back together and go through what you actually shipped. Bring your real posts, your live campaigns and your real numbers. We fix what is not landing, unblock what is stuck, and reset the next two weeks. The Zoom room opens from 1pm if you want to come in early and get your questions in first.

  • Review your published content and live campaigns against your 30-Day Plan
  • Troubleshoot your Second Brain where output is still off-voice
  • Group problem-solving on what is holding you up

WhatsApp support group · one month

From 29 October · included

You are in a group with the rest of the room and with the facilitator for a full month. Ask the question when you are stuck at 11pm on a caption, not three weeks later when you have given up.

  • Ask prompt and positioning questions as they come up
  • Share drafts and get a second pair of eyes
  • See what the other businesses in the room are shipping
Claude Code weekends · free for course participants

The tools half. Open laptops, no lecture.

We open the room at weekends and build. This is where you get hands on with Claude as a production tool, the part that is quick to learn once somebody shows you and slow to work out alone.

  • Build a landing page or a website with Claude, and get it hosted
  • Edit video
  • Edit and generate images
  • Build slides
  • Schedule posts
  • Whatever you are stuck on, brought to the room

What the weekends do not cover is the strategy. No positioning, no offer, no funnel, no campaign thinking. That is what the two days are for, and it is the half that decides whether any of this output is worth publishing. Tools without it just get you to the wrong place faster.

Free
For everyone who paid for the workshop. Come and practise as often as you like.

Please read this before you book a weekend session.

The weekends are tools practice only. They cover no positioning, no offer work, no funnel and no campaign strategy. For that reason we make no claim about what they will do for your enquiries, your sales or your results, and we do not guarantee any outcome from attending them. You will leave able to produce things faster. Whether those things earn anything depends entirely on the strategy underneath them, which is not taught here.

If you want that half, come to the strategy programme. We strongly recommend it. You do not have to commit to everything at once: take Day 1 on its own first, see what you think, and decide afterwards whether to continue.

First session: Saturday 31 October 2026, 10am to 1pm. The weekend straight after the workshop. Later dates and the venue go out in the WhatsApp group. Open to workshop participants.

Ask about the weekends

The review call and the WhatsApp group are included at no extra cost, for every participant, individual or team. So are the weekends.

Why the two days are sold together

Day one builds the system. Day two makes it earn.

Day two is not a separate course bolted on. It assumes the positioning, the angles and the creative system that day one produces, because a Meta campaign is only ever as good as the offer and the message you put into it.

Run day two alone

You learn the mechanics of Ads Manager, then point them at the same unclear offer you came in with. The structure improves. The result does not.

Run day one alone

You leave with a real position and a content engine, and no paid distribution to put behind it. It works, but slowly.

Run both

The ads carry a message that was built from your customers' own words, and the follow-up has something worth sending. That is the whole argument.

So the price is per day

Priced per participant per day, which is also how HR submits it, and each day is separately claimable. Start with Day 1 if you would rather try it first. The 3-for-2 covers both days.

Your HR or L&D team submits the grant application before the training date, quoting that number. We supply the course outline, trainer accreditation and all supporting documentation. WhatsApp us and we will send the pack directly to them.

Can I send more than one person?

Yes, and we would rather you did. Three seats go for the price of two: RM5,400 instead of RM8,100 for all three, both days, which works out at RM1,800 each. Bring the founder, the marketing lead and the person who actually posts. A system one person learned alone usually dies the first week they get busy, and positioning that only one person agreed to is not positioning.

Is this an AI course or a marketing course?

A marketing course that uses AI properly. Most of day one is positioning, offer and funnel, which is the thinking AI cannot do for you. The AI work comes after that, because that is the only order in which it produces anything worth publishing. Day two is Meta ads: the funnel strategy, the creative, the testing and the number you can afford to pay for a customer.

What do I need to bring?

Your own laptop and free accounts on Claude, ChatGPT and Perplexity. For day two, bring access to your own Meta Ads Manager. Set all of that up beforehand. Also bring one real offer you are actively selling, because you will be building on that, not on a made-up example. Lunch is your own, there is food downstairs from the venue, and the hour is there so you can get out of the room rather than eat over your laptop.

Is it Claude or ChatGPT?

The demonstrations run in Claude, and the system works in any capable AI assistant. What matters is the brief you give it, which is what you spend the day building. Nothing on the day depends on a paid subscription.

I am not technical. Will I keep up?

Yes. There is nothing to install and no code. The hard part is the thinking about positioning and your customers' own words, which is the part you already know better than anyone. The facilitator reviews your exercise outputs during each hands-on session, so nobody gets left behind.

What are the Claude Code weekends?

Hands-on practice sessions where we build rather than talk about building. The first is Saturday 31 October 2026, the weekend right after the workshop. Every session runs 10am to 1pm. The tools half: making a landing page or website with Claude and hosting it, editing video, editing and generating images, building slides, scheduling posts, plus whatever you turn up stuck on. They deliberately do not cover strategy, no positioning, offer, funnel or campaign thinking, because that is what the two days are for. Free and unlimited for anyone who paid for the workshop. Dates and venue go out in the WhatsApp group.

What happens after the day?

Two things, both included. On Friday 6 November, 2pm to 5pm, there is a post-training review live on Zoom where we go through what you have actually shipped and fix what is not landing. The room opens from 1pm if you can join early. And you are in a WhatsApp support group with the rest of the room and the facilitator for a full month from 29 October, so you can ask while you are stuck rather than after you have given up.

What is Day 3 and should I take it?

Day 3 is the appointment setter, the CRM and the closer: the half of the sale that happens after someone clicks. It covers response-time standards and qualifying, a CRM pipeline where every enquiry has an owner and a next action, consultative selling that diagnoses before it prescribes, and objection handling. You role-play discovery and closing conversations on your own offer, with feedback, rather than watching a demonstration. It runs on Monday 2 November 2026, 9.00am to 5.30pm. It is optional and HRD Corp claimable. Normally RM1,650, it is RM650 if you are booked on the two days. If you sell B2B or you sell expertise, take it. Days 1 and 2 will produce enquiries, and this is the day that decides whether they turn into money.

Can I book just one of the two days?

You can start with Day 1 on its own and decide afterwards whether to continue, and each day is separately claimable under HRD Corp. We do recommend both, because Day 2 assumes the positioning, the angles and the creative system that Day 1 builds, and people who take the Meta day on its own tend to rebuild Day 1 alone afterwards. Day 2 on its own is not available for that reason.

I do not run paid ads. Is this still for me?

Day one requires no ad budget at all, and it is the half of marketing you are relying on entirely if you never advertise. Day two is Meta, so you will get far more out of it with an ad account and a small live budget. Plenty of people come having never run a campaign and use day two to set up their first one properly instead of learning it the expensive way.

Can you run this in-house for my whole team?

Yes. In-house runs are delivered at your office or a venue of your choice, in person or live online, on a date that suits you, and are also SBL-Khas claimable. WhatsApp us and we will quote for your group size.

30 seats · early bird · confirmed by payment

Start in the middle ring. Everything else follows.

Come with the offer you are already selling and the content you are already struggling to keep up with. Leave two days later with your positioning written, your offer reframed, a month of content, a campaign built on your own account and a written rule for what to cut and what to scale.
